Ahhhh, she is adorable ( i am pretty sure...but a new nephew would be just as fabulous). I wish i was there with you to hear the heartbeat. This made my night. So sorry that you are having such bad heartburn. The only thing that got me through that with James was watching Jay Leno and Jimmy Fallon when I couldn't sleep at night. You know what they say, laughter is the best medicine.
